I am sorry to say that I went this seoson without killing a bird. I am happy to say that I called in a jake for my son and we had many great days in the woods. I have the pictures on my camera and I will try and get them on here soon. Sorry and good luck to those who still are hunting.

So here’s my VT gobbler for the contest. I hope it does our team some good. I’ll load up the measurement photos later tonight and post them on here. Hope everyone had an awesome safe season ;D

20lb
8" beard
1-1/8" spur
1-9/16" spur
Your score is 20 + 11.25 + 15.625 + 16 = 62.875

Hey guys, sorry I havn't been on much. I've been bombarded with finals and end of the year projects.

My season didn't go as planned. I only called in one bird. He only gobbled once in the morning then went silent. he passed within 30 yards of me in some thick cover where I couldn't get a shot.

This was the second bad year in a row for me. Last year I only heard one bird on the last day of the season, and this year I only heard a bird on the first and second to last weekends of the season.

The birds just don't seem to be in SW PA.[>:]
