I have another Hoyt Xtec (2004) For Sale. This bow is Brand NEW!!!!!!! Has about 50 shots through it and ZERO shots on the BRAND NEW GAS twist string. The string alone was $100. 35.5" axle to axle. 60-70lb/28-30.5" draw length adjustable. Currently set at 70lb@29" w/a brand new d-loop. Just put new string, peep, peep tubing on today. Comes with limb savers, peep, nap2000 fall away rest, hoyt 2 piece matching quiver and the bow was just Paper Tuned PERFECTLY. Bow is very fast and very quiet. Very near Brand NEW quality and ready to be hunted with. Asking $550 shipped. There is NO sight included! Selling this for a friend who just bought the new Switchback. just curious why did he change the string.and then buy a switchback without shooting the xtec with new string.

why shot 50 times and replaced the string? Hoyt factory strings are junk and he ordered the GAS string b/c he was going to keep the bow. While at the archery shop, he shot the switchback........consequently he bought it and now selling the xtec. Very simple.......NOT a single thing wrong w/the bow...guarenteed. money back.........the hoyt string will be included. sure...you can get 1000 shots out of the hoyt factory string.....plus some more.....but why not put on a better string?

and he DID shoot the bow w/the new string. It is Paper tuned actually w/the new string....
