these arrows are 8.7grn per inch,so 8.7grn x28".5"=247.95 plus the vanes and nock,inserts add 50 grns not real sure ,297.95 i would say close to 300grns.

the 400 is in refrence to Easton arrow charts for your draw weight not how many grn the arrow is.......;)
