Kodiak recurve
 

This bow was passed down from my grandfather to me. Markings are as follows 50229 60” 38# Bear glass powdered Kodiak Grayling Michigan 1953. I know these are high value and sought after bows. Be it for hunting or show. This one is near perfect condition. Now stress cracks and no twisting. I am not sure what it is worth and have been offered $350I will consider all offers. With the serial number tells me made 1965

The 1953 was when the Factory in Michigan. This bow was made 1963-1967. The bow is mainly glass composit and Fred Bear did use this particular model himself in Mule Deer hunting in Utah in 1964.
