Adding 30% to the archery kill in NH would require the reduction in the season due to our smaller deer harvest numbers. I see clearly now why they decided to allow them only during firearm season. 30% is a high number.
But I thought crossbows wouldn't add any new hunters to the ranks? Arkansas has allowed them for 30 years but you guys think that your going to be overrun by them in 1
Actually it works out to a little over 2% of the overall harvest so using those numbers the additional harvest in your state would go up by approximately 270 deer. I already did those numbers for you once
