Default RE: sighting in new scope

ORIGINAL: ImportSlayer503
....boresighted....started at 25 yards, my first shot was about 6 inches to the right, i adjusted and got it hitting dead on at 25 yards. my next shot was at a distance of a little over 100 yards, i hit about a foot to the right. .....what should I do now?
Double check all mounting screws for the bases, and the scope rings. Be sure they're tight, but don't overdue it - you don't want to strip one. As to the boresighting - by who?

Anyway, if all is tight, and seems ok, I'd head back out and re-check zero at 25yds.
If ok at 25yd., then try a shot or two at 50yds. Zero it at 50yds., then proceed to
sight in at 100yds.
If the windage is way off, you might try (if possible - depends on bases/mounting hardware) adjusting for it some by moving the rear ring in it's base. I'd be sure to zero at 50yds before going on out to 100.
