Default RE: the truth about Casey Burns

one question none of you have answered is just how is a cash settlement going to ease her pain an suffering
Pay any outstanding bills. Have you been treated in a hospital lately? Very, very expensive. Might enable her to get a treatment and meds she might not be able to afford outherwise. Suffering? I don't think anything can dismiss the suffering she and her family have endored. The pain and suffering award is generally much smaller than the punitive phase of the judgement. That is where he will pay big bucks as he rightly should. This man altered this womans life for life and should pay for it. I dought she will ever recover much if any of any judgement in her favor. The shooter I saw on TV was smug and unremorseful. That alone shows how intellegent this ol sole is. Maybe, just maybe if he showed some remorse he wouldn't be getting sued. What a fool.
