T now I know you're a fool...the VERY FIRST lesson learned in this business is for every expert whom produces a "study' another expert produces an opposing "study"....ha ha you make me chuckle!
Md no I would not sue if it was I or a family member.....it was an accident nothing more nothing less
** one question none of you have answered is just how is a cash settlement going to ease her pain an suffering****
BT it's more like 60-65% but then again isn't it the atty. taking the risk by fronting his $ for the case...in this instance it could EASILY exceed $100,000 -$150,000 for research, etc. ( how do you think I got all this land up here?)
