Charlie, you have a good point. The dog owners do this repeditavely and intentionally, and the owners never(personally) tresspass, they just stay on the road. And these owners aren't the smartest guys on the block if you know what I mean. Discussing the problem with them does nothing but create more problems, since they don't have any respect for the landowner.
We're talking about people who let their dogs run coyotes down until they can't run anymore, use less than lethal breeds of dogs(so they can gang up and have a fair fight), and leave the coyote chewed in pieces. And the owner doesn't even get to see what the dog did, except for it's battle scars, once it comes back. It's all about the bragging rights, for these groups.
I'm not sure what to call it...
