In your shop, how do you handle a situation where a customer buys a dozen arrows from you (regardless of price and advertised quality range) and takes them home and tests them for straightness and weight tolerance. He then finds that 4 out of the dozen do not meet advertised tolerances. Do you replace the bad arrows?
