I think if you pull your bow back and put a piece of tape on your face where your hand (what ever part) touches then practice that way always putting your hand on the tape the same way, it should be habit forming. Also, if you video tape a session you can see were you need to improve. Another way to improve is to shoot with your eyes closed (up close). Other senses will kick in giving you a better grip on things.
