I have a 223 Handi-Rifle. 3 Steps will make your gun shoot.

1. Place a couple rubber washers between the forearm and barrel to eliminate any rough contact between these 2 pieces towards the end of the barrel. (I did a little sanding, too)

2. Send it back and have the trigger re-worked/lightened for $20 including shipping.

3. Find the right ammo. Mine loves the Black Hills 55gr V-max. I can shoot sub MOA (1") groups at 100yds very consistently. I actually have a couple 3 shot groups that I've shot that are nearly hole in hole.
