My vote would be a Savage model 16f stainless I bought one in .300 wsm last yr.........Paid about $675 with a Leupold VXII scope and rings. Couldn't ask for a more accurate rifle!!!
..........I did have the trigger worked on. But it shot great b-4 and even better after.
