Good hunting around that area it is heavy hunted though.
Do not know of any big bucks taken in that area though.
Most of the bucks taken around the Wellsville & Andover area are 1 1/2
to 2 & maybe 2 1/2 years old.
There have been some nice bucks taken in the 8x unit though.
If you do buy this I say just one thing Be a good neibior & you should be able to hunt alot more ground around you.
This area does not like the city additude ( to much trouble few years back) but are quick to welcome a good neibior & make friends fast.
