Default Fred Bear Cam Question

OK So far I've determined that bow I'm shooting has too long of a draw length. So last night I look at the cams to see if they can be adjusted to shorten the draw length from 29" to 27".

Now - with the bow laying flat on the table the cams have a series of wholes into one of which the string is anchored. Right now the string ends at the outer most whole.

XOOOO ___________________ OOOOX
Left cam ___________________ Right Cam

X marks the whole at which the string is bolted. Am I correct in assuming that if the string anchors are moved closer to the center then the draw length will be increased?

If that is the case where can I order new cam to shorthen the draw length? The bow is a Fred Bear Quest that I got in about 2000
