Great Story and great buck! I really wish I could have been up there with you all! It was a really weird rifle season for me not to be at the farm. I wish I could have heard the "Team Schneider Yeehaw" echo from back in the valley.
I will be there next year. No doubt.
And for all these folks that think there are no deer in PA, need to wake up, smell the coffee and actually hunt for the deer. They are there! This is proof.
BTW, For everybody's information this is the 3rd 9 point to come from with 100yds from where this deer was shot. From what we can tell, all the deer are from the exact same blood line! Almost identical triplets. I scored the first in the 2001 season, my uncle (Lady Bow Hunter's husband) scored the second in 2003, and Lady Bow Hunter scored this biggun in 2004.
We will be sure to get pictures of all 3 mounts when yours is finished, so we can post them.
