I would say if you cut your arrows to 27 1/2 inches , and use 100 grain tips , you would be close . You may have to take a half turn or so out of the limb bolts . No need to use 30 inch arrows with a 28 inch draw bow . That is if the arrows actualy have a .400 spine .
