I have no problem with the magazine hingeplate at all. It just dont bother me and is a realy minute thing if you ask me.
agreed, It really is the only thing I don't like and it definately would not stop me from buying the gun... Do the new a-bolt stocks have a rubbed oil finish? Mine is about 10 years old and has the glossy finish, it is a beautiful piece of wood, but I wish it were rubbed.
