RE: Who uses snuffers?
I shoot the Wensel Woodsmans and have never had a problem getting them shaving sharp. And all I use is a standard mill file. Not hard at to pack an 8" file. Just lay it flat across two blades and have at it. I don't know about the Snuffers but the WW's have to really be worked the first time to get an edge, but after you edstablish that, just one or two light strokes is all that is needed to return it to shaving.
