The best way to tune a Crimson Talon is to remove them from your arrows, throw them in the garbage can and go buy a reliable head that will penetrate and hold together. But hey, that's just my opinion and that of several hundred thousand bowhunters.

Sadly though the truth! However, this sounds like a tuning issue. You need to lower your nocking point, completely tuning your bow would be the best thing you could do. Follow 5 shots link, and you'll be fine.
