Khales/Swarovski are the same company. I just broke the bank and purchased some 15x56 Swarovski binoculars and I must say, they are the finest optics I have ever used. To truely appreciate them, you have to use them in low light conditions. Oh, and did I add that I get no eye fatigue after glassing with them for several hours. Their products are simple fantastic.
