Default RE: Bowtech bow press

The bow press I was referring to is the Apple with the hydraulic post. It works on all bows in its standard condition and is great when using it on parallel limb technology. As with any tool, it takes time to fully understand the benefits of this tool and how to properly use it.

I was thinking about buying a Sur-Loc X-press for my shop. I thankfully did some investigation with some of my peers in the industry before the purchase.

While the Sur-Loc may work well for individuals with one style of bow, I was told many times by different sources that the Sur-Loc is much more difficult to set up for different bow designs. As a PRO Shop, I have to change to a different design every time I put a bow on the press. The Apple accomodates this need very well.
