I usually tie in a nock set above the peep and tie in a nock set below the peep, then tie a few knots around the "safety groove" of my Fletcher peep. This way I only have to cut the safety tied knot and slide the other knots up and down if I need to move my peep. Here's an article that basically says explains the process with pics:
