RE: shooting
As my season approaches, about 3 weeks prior to the season opener, I cut back on my target shooting. What I do is shoot one arrow when I get home from work each day. 1 per day...no more! This makes me concentrate 100% on form and technique. As you only get 1 shot in the field, you should practice taking only one shot at home. It's worked for me.
I have my target set up on my patio anywhere from 10-25 yards and shoot from the bedroom window each night before dinner. I can look at my sheet of target paper and see all my shots falling within my desired aiming point. Try this out and see if you get better results.
