I think the answer is obvious. I'd call the local co, or game warden or what ever they are called where you are. Poaching sucks . Poaching for just a rack is even more despicable. With that said I don't differentiate between one type of poacher or another. Both are wrong but to waste an animal just for it's antlers sicken me.
