I need no peep and it looks like the red dot is actually on the animal.
Once set up properly it is literally fool proof. I only shoot out to 30 yds. max. so this sight is ideal for me. My shots hit about 2 in. high at 10 yds. and 4 low at 30yds.

The way it works is that you simply have to make sure the red dot is in the center of the crosshairs and on your target when you release. If the anchor point is not right then the dot wont line up in the center until it is correct. This is why you need no peep.

I wouldnt buy this without trying it first. I tried one at an outdoor show and loved the way it worked.

I shot several deer with it and it sort of forces you to follow through your shot because you actually watch your arrow through the sight on its way to the red mark "on" the deer.
