Getting the string to "set", is a gradual process. Whether it takes place over 10 shots (with a good pre-stretched string), or 200 shots, is irrelevant. In either case, you won't see a 3" move from the last shot on one day, to the first one on the next. I'd be looking for something that moved. Check for loose screws or a peep that isn't tied in tight. When getting a new set-up tuned, it's always good to take some precise measurements on the ATA, the brace height, tiller, axel to string-nock distance, exact rest height and center positions and limb bolt position. A quick check of these measurements can varify if anything has changed. Big moves in groups are either the results of poor form or something wrong.
