Well i hope that 270 isnt too small. I am taking mine out to colorado this fall. I have a Remington Model 700 in 270 and i would never in my life trade it for anything. I have shot 5 deer in four years hunting. Never missed. Blew big holes in all of them. i have used Remington 150 core lokt. It went right through the spine of a buck at 140 yards. I found the bullet. It was a perfact mushroom. Held together perfactly. I was planning on using those but i might have to try the 140s that those people were talking about. I am going to see the balistics on them out to about 300 yards.
