I have shot Gold Tip xt 5575's for the last 4 years and have loved them. I have to admit I got caught up in trying to fix something that wasn't broke. I bought a dozen Easton Axis and gave them a try for a week. Not even close to the performance I got out of my Gold Tips. The one thing I did like was the heavier weight of the arrow but that was it. Out of a dozen I had 3 that were flyers that shot everywere. The other 9 grouped ok but not nearly as tight or as consistant as my gold tips. Yes I tuned my bow for the axis before shooting them and still did not get the performance I do from my gold Tips. I will be sticking with my gold Tips if they will have me back. Hey I know were anyone looking can get a deal on a dozen fairly new Easton Axis 400's.
