I heard from a few folks that said groundhog tasts pretty good. Well, I got a few out beside my house in a small bean field just tearin the hell out of it so I figured I would help Kenny, the farmer, out and get rid of these destructive little critters and just maybe give the meat a try.
How do yall go about cookin a groundhog?
