I currently shoot the Zapper 400 on my 80lb 03' Cybertec and get excellent arrow flight (bullet holes). I did try the 400HP and found that it was much less forgiving. Relize HP stands for High Performance wich means an overdraw. Assuming you are using this for a hunting rest I would recomend the 400 over the 300 as well.
