I havent shot too many but the worst have to be the 3.5" winchester high velocity in 2 oz of 6 shot. The first year I got my cheek split open on the patterning range tryin to figure which shell worked the best. Now I shoot one shot before season just to maks sure. I read somewhere it puts out like 73 ft*lbs to the shoulder. Thats like 2 1/2 times what my 7mm mag puts out. (I'm no expert I may be completley wrong with those numbers but if my bad memory serves me right I think thats what I have read before)
