Default RE: Drop Zone shooters

CWB....the noise problems you heard about were probably a result of a post I wrote.

When you manually activate the launcher arm by pulling the cord and suddenly letting it go, you hear a slap that becomes inaudible during an actual shot. I decided I was just being too fussy about it as others experienced the same noise thus ruling out a malfunction. That it can't be heard during a shot makes the whole issue irrelevant.

I shoot large feathers and the only clearance problem I had was with the bow cables. This was a product of the cable guard Bpwtech put on their Patriots combined with the large shield cut feathers I was using. I fixed this with an aftermarket cable slide and again, this was not a function of the Drop Zone.

This being said, I am happy with the rest so far and would buy one again. I just wish I had picked up the micro adjust version given the amount of tinkering I do.

Forgot to mention, I had a minor problem with a fletch hitting the foam keeper when shooting cock feather out. I now shoot cock feather up and I can achieve those beloved bullet holes.
