Default RE: Easton Axis Users Please Reply

I've only had the Axis shafts for a week, but one thing I am beginning to notice is that they are very consistant. My groups seemed to have tightened up dramatically with them compared to my old Bemans. If I were you, I would go with the 340's. They seem a little stiffer than conventional carbons of the same weight and length to me. The 340's would be a good fit IMO.

As far as a rest, you most definitely should shoot a drop away with them. I'm not saying you can't use a standard rest, but you will go through much less pain tuning a drop away with them. Right now, my personal favorite is the Trophy Taker. I was very skeptical about it at first, but the more I use it, the more I like it. Simple, solid, very accurate.
