I think the GKF TKO would mount up just fine. It has a little allen lock screw to limit any up/down movement.
I have this rest and it's pretty sturdy, easy to tune, and pretty economical. I picked mine up on Ebay for $36 brand new. I've seen them go for $40-50 normally.
