I have the Nikon Monarch 18 X 42 binos.
I suspect that yours adjust the same as mine.
Cover the Right lens and adjust the Left lens with the center focusing ring.
Then,cover the Left lens and adjust the Right lens with the collar marked +,-.
be VERY fussy with these adjustments,and recheck them,to be sure.
The center focusing ring can now be used to focus the binos for different ranges.
