a couple years ago when i was a cheapskate, i listened to some of the crow/varmint/animal in distress call samples that different manufacturers had as a sample on their websites. the sound samples were 10-15 seconds long. i saved the audio file on my computer, played it back in a loop, then recorded the loop onto one of those endless loop 3 or 5 minute cassette tapes from radio shack. then i took the cassette tape along with a boom box out crow hunting.

you could do something similar if you know someone that has a mouth call and can blow a sample for you.
