IMHO,Go for the best deal that you can get.If it is a Lee,buy the Lee.
My reasoning is based on the fact that the first new press that I got was a Herter's M#3.
20 years later,I bought an RCBS,but I still have the old Herter's,and still use it.
The point is,that if you upgrade later,you will probably still have use for your old tool.
