do you have a picture on file on your computer? if so, make the image as small as you can with whatever program you are using, forum will only accept 30kb. then click on reply here, type in your message, go to bottem of this screen, put a check in the Embed picture in post block and then click on click here to upload. it will bring up a screen that says select a file to upload, click the browse button to the right, find the folder your picture is in and click on it and click on open once you selected the picture. then click on ok in the select a file to upload box and you should have it. hope this helps
