Its a Parker 275gr BE. My Ultra Light Arms "M209" (smokeless ML) loves that bullet and it holds up ok at 2250fps in gel. Pretty fragile though outside the boiler room on deer. IMO it has more to do with the lead alloy used. It seems soft and soft lead expands better instead of "fractures". Hornady FTXs use a guilding metal jacket that is quite a bit harder. Same load into gel and that 250gr FTX/SST grenades into pieces. The FTXs are much harder to run through my sizer than the Parker. Ive resized a bunch of the bullets in those pictures for 45cal sabotless ML use.
