Do I get the one with the window or the Cabelas version without the window? The one with a window appears to be wider and less deep, the Cabelas version appears to be narrower but deeper? In my opinion the Bradley digital electric smoker is the best choice. You set the temp, you set the smoke time and you set the cook time and all you have to do is add some wood depending on what you are smoking. The wood is compact wood chip disks that feed automatically. Check them out.
