Pluck your goose, stuff the body cavity with quartered tart apples, put the goose in the oven at 300 degrees and baste it with apple cider every 15 minutes and above all do not over cook it, The meat should be pink, not grey.

#2, if you have to pluck your goose cut the breast meat into strips about one inch wide, then marinade the strips in Zesty Italian salad dressing for a couple of hours. Fire up your grill to a medium temp and grill the strips till they are just pink in the center.
