I’m not familiar with that brand, but I do use an Ozonics Orion.

No, they don’t totally take scent out of the equation but they do help. A lot.

I’ve had mixed results based on how highly pressured the deer are where I’m hunting. For instance, in Arkansas at Wattensaw WMA the deer are highly pressured and very educated. As soon as they realize they can’t smell anything they know something is wrong and they leave. They don’t blow out though, so it does help even there.

In Kentucky and Missouri on private land where the deer are more “uneducated” I’ve had them do what I call the Ozonics shuffle and then ignore it. I’ve even had a few old Kentucky does actually follow the ozone trail right to my tree. It didn’t turn out well for them.

Yes, they do work but they aren’t the holy grail of scent control the ads would have you believe.
