I use both.

I have a tree stand that i use for archery since i hunt several different areas across the state.

For rifle season i am in the same ground blind i have used for the last 15 years. it has been rebuilt a few times since it is constructed of logs, limbs and leaves and they tend to rot away over time.

This year I had my tree stand hooked to a tree about 10 yards behind my blind but due to the high winds i stayed on the ground.
