RR - Good luck to you in July. I have not been there during the big tourist season but I imagine it gets pretty crowded. I bet you have your spot staked out on the pier before the daylight.
OT - The Outer Banks is in North Carolina. Myrtle Beach and Hilton Head are the big beach areas in South Carolina.
