One of my favorites. A variation on that is called Feijoada. Its Brazilian. Often has sausages and a dried beef sorta like jerky. I use a little smoked hock, leaner pork belly (pork side) and spicy sausage. The dish itself is mild. Traditional would be a type of blood sausage, Portuguese chorizo and smoked sausage. I dont do blood sausage.
