In my opinion any bullet under 80 grs is too light for big game. My native CO agrees with me which is why they will only allow rifles 24 caliber or gigger with an 80 gr bullet for big game. Not saying the smaller rounds won't work under perfect conditions but shots while hunting are rarely perfect and a heavier bullet works better.
