Bear hunting rookie here. When bear scouting, how do you tell when bear are in the area or what makes a good area. Is there a locator call or a particular sent you can leave that will have them investigate later so you can get them on your trail cam. is there a type of tree or geographic feature they like. or a particular place to look for tacks or scat.
