Yea I brined for 24 hrs and wrapped in bacon. Smoked 2 from 2 different birds. The other one was fine.
Thanks for the info. Sounds delicious and I'm glad you got some good eating out the other one. I've not smoked one yet cause I was worried it'd be too dry. But I am definitely gonna give it a try this season!.
