Outside360.com is a platform that functions like an Airbnb for outdoor recreation. We connect hosts (those with private land or skills / experiences to share) with outdoor enthusiasts who are looking for those kinds of experiences.
Through our platform, you can accept online bookings (all payments are made by the user up-front and dropped into your bank account after a booking) and you can manage multiple listings from one dashboard. This would give you flexibility to book different types of opportunities like hunting packages, guided experiences and, in the hunting off-season, cabin or lodging rentals, campsites, fishing or culinary experiences. As a Host, you also have a calendar where you can see, at-a-glance, everything you have going on over the course of the day, week, or month.

We charge the user a 10% fee (on top of your booking fee) and take a 5% fee from the host before payout. For example: for a $100 Listing, we charge the user $110 and you receive $95 for payout.
It’s pretty straightforward, no gimmicks. We just see an opportunity to help connect outdoors-focused businesses with people who are already looking for those types of experiences online. We are a relatively new company (Launched in September 2018) but have already had thousands of people on the site and have had several bookings for hunting packages and leases in the past month.
